Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with staff, members, swim school families and facility users including following up on customer concerns or complaints
Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager and Swim School when required
Ensure all phone calls and customer enquiries are answered promptly and followed up in a professional manner
Assist with sale of swimwear and accessories
Responsible for booking in Swim School lessons correctly and taking payments
Responsible for selling and signing up new memberships
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
