People Operation (HR) Intern

Scientist Technologies, an innovative IT company based in Bangalore, are looking for an HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR and people operations.

If you have completed a relevant full-time course and are looking to have your first experience as an HR, this internship is the right place for you. It is also relevant if you just had a short stint as an HR somewhere and want to explore our company for a full-time role

HR Intern
Experience:
Bangalore (Hybrid – Work remotely or from our office)
Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding to ensure a smooth experience for new team members.
Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building activities.
Manage operational HR tasks as required.

2023/24 batch in a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven interest to purse career in the HR department.
• Good written and spoken English
