Role : Admin / EA / Office Manager
Functional Area : Administration, Facilities, Logistics, Personal Assistant to directors
JD :-
• Office Manager Administration
HR - on boarding exit process/ recruitment/ leave balances/ employee engagement Events/ documentation/ salaries
• Admin - Office manager/ maintenance up keep/ All compliances/ petty cash/ pantry/ House Keeping/ asset management tagging/ Uniforms merchandise/ ticketing/ travel arrangements/ all bills/ AMC's/ Property management/ Utilities
• EA to the directors - Travel/ appointments/ calendars/ personal work/ utilities/ Greetings/ Property management/ Internal Meetings
Requirements :-
• Excellent Communication Skills - Both Written and oral
• Analytical Skills and ability to work under supervision.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Experience in Given Role
• Effective working knowledge of IT tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Clear thinking/ problem solving skills and ability to quickly grasp new ideas
• Six days working
