About the Role:
As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive student engagement, promote our courses, and enhance the MMC brand. You’ll work closely with our leadership, admissions, and academic teams to align marketing strategies with college goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with education agents both onshore and offshore, to recruit students and achieve enrolment targets
Conduct regular visits and maintain strong relationships with agent networks
Manage and maintain agent contracts and agreements, ensuring accurate records are stored in the internal database
Organise, coordinate, and actively promote marketing events, including information sessions and education expos
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and accuracy in all communications and activities
Regularly review marketing materials and collaborate with the team to ensure timely updates and brand consistency
Ensure compliance with all relevant RTO standards and regulatory requirements, always maintaining audit-readines
Plan and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns
Manage social media platforms and website updates
Coordinate events, expos, and student engagement activities
Maintain strong relationships with education agents and community partners
Requirements:
Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing role (education sector preferred)
Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
