We’ve been trusted to serve Aussie communities since 1914 and grown to become a top 30-listed on the ASX with over 115,000 team members and a portfolio of iconic brands. At Coles Group, you’ll not only get to make a difference to millions of Aussie lives—you’ll also get to see your impact.

About the team

As one of the biggest brands in Australia, we connect with millions of Australians each week. Whether it’s connecting our customers with relevant content through digital innovation, omni-channel storytelling or impactful advertising that reaches 98% of Australians, our Marketing team play an important role in driving our brand forward, helping Australians eat and live better every day.

About the role

Play a lead role in marketing initiatives that give back and truly make a difference.

We’re on the hunt for a passionate Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that improve trust in our brand, positively impact the community, and support our business continuity communications. It’s an opportunity to shape strategy, own delivery, and get stuck into meaningful work that balances big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. One moment you’ll be developing our reputation marketing strategy, the next you’re responding to a business-critical event, or managing a cause-led campaign that inspires real change. If you’ve got the smarts to know what moves the dial—and the agility to shift gears when priorities change—we’d love to hear from you.

Applications close Monday 4th August.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead the development and execution of cause and community-focused marketing, ranging from our charity partnerships to Community sports, to farmer relationships, while owning our reputation strategy. You’ll help the business communicate at critical times, always with the customer in mind.

Translate insight into action, continuously optimising
Champion ideas that make a genuine difference.

About you and your skills

You’ll have a generalist marketing background and a genuine passion for community, charity or cause-driven work.

You’ll also have

8+ years’ experience across marketing with integrated campaign exposure
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic nous with the ability to pivot quickly when needed
