Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, develop and implement strategic marketing plans, and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target markets.

Campaign Management:
Plan, manage, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).

Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the marketing team, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Analytics Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Content Development:
Oversee the creation of marketing content including blogs, ads, videos, newsletters, and website updates.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
