About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and forward-thinking Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and boost ROI. You’ll collaborate across departments to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies (digital traditional) that support business objectives.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.

Plan and execute SEO SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram).

Drive lead generation efforts across multiple channels, focusing on quality over quantity.

Analyze marketing data (campaign performance, web analytics, lead conversion, etc.) and use insights to optimize performance.

Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create impactful campaigns and assets.

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools.

Note: Applicants must have 1 to 3 years of proven, full-time work experience in Marketing.

Internships, apprenticeships, or on-the-job trainee roles will not be considered as valid experience for this position.

Required Skills Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.

Hands-on experience with SEO SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

Proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing.

Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

Bonus Points:

Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems.

Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
