Job Title: Marketing Communications Director
The role of the Marketing Communications Director is to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that promotes the hotel's image and enhances its reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all communication activities, including public relations, advertising, direct marketing, and collateral production.
Responsibilities:
• Develop an annual communications plan with specific goals and budgets.
• Prepare working plans to achieve goals and ensure the communications team is fully briefed on goals and progress.
• Compare actual achievements against goals on a regular basis and take corrective action.
• Assist in the planning of all mailing activities and oversee their execution.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
