Manager - Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for designated teams or departments, serving as a trusted point of contact.
- Stay up-to-date with various technologies related to IT roles and recruitment.
- Strategically prioritize hiring to address organizational needs and ensure the team meets targets for business units.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and build a talent pipeline aligned with future hiring needs.
- Exhibit empathy, accountability, and objectivity when collaborating with business stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
- Oversee the full candidate journey from application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process.
- Keep candidates engaged through consistent communication, ensuring a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding.
- Manage and refine the recruitment process, ensuring fair evaluations and tracking metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
- Leverage sourcing channels to ensure timely and cost-effective recruitment outcomes.
- Utilize employee referrals, LinkedIn, and major job boards like Naukri and Indeed for sourcing the best talent.
- Work independently with strong motivation to meet hiring goals and close open positions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- At least 3+ years of recent experience in recruitment at IT consulting firms with a team size of 200-3000 employees.
- A total of 8+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
