Summary
We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Team Works Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• C coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless event execution
• E nsure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget
• A ssist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• E nsure resource availability and allocation
• D evelop a detailed event plan to monitor and track progress
• M anage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• M easure project performance using suitable tools and techniques
• R eport and escalate to management as needed
• M anage client and stakeholder relationships
• P erform risk management to minimize project risks
• D egreet project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• D evelop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and other staff members
Requirements:
• B achelor's degree (B.Tech preferred)
• P roven working experience in event management
• S old organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• A bility to work full-time from our office
• F lexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
