Job Summary

Manage marketing and communication function, overseeing annual budget working with different marketing agencies and departments. Develop integrated marketing plan in conjunction with the business development teams and ensure strategic linkage with the business goals at regional level. Create and implement client-centered, successful campaigns, aimed at generating leads and improving brand awareness. Collaborate with BD and Corporate Marketing team to translate marketing objectives into interactive strategies.

Principal Accountabilities

Marketing Reach-Out Strategy Campaigns

• Develop marketing plans with BD teams for brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation.

• Execute B2B campaigns, promotional roadshows, and leverage “Make in India” initiatives.

• Participate in events, exhibitions, webinars, and manage sponsorships, ads, and email campaigns.

Brand Management

• Create and distribute print/digital marketing materials.

• Enhance visibility through site branding and OOH advertising.

• Plan branding for events and conferences.

Industry Engagement

• Build relationships with government bodies, trade chambers, and influencers.

• Organize co-curated industry events.

Thought Leadership

• Host delegations, B2B events, inaugurations, and product launches.

• Execute community-building initiatives with CRM teams.

Social Media Lead Generation

• Boost brand presence and engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

• Improve TOFU (impressions) and MOFU (engagements).

• Generate leads through organic and paid campaigns.

• Manage online reputation.

Budgeting Vendor Management

• Plan and control the marketing budget.

• Manage vendor relationships for seamless execution.

Performance Measure of Success

Key Relationships

Qualification and Experience

Qualification
• Master’s in business management

Experience
• 6-8 years of B2B experience
• FMCG background / Creative Agency experience preferred
