At Buggles Baldivis, we believe that learning through play is the best way for kids to grow! Our centre is the go-to spot for families in Baldivis, Waikiki, Warnbro, and Port Kennedy. We offer long day care and kindergarten for kids aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with hours that fit into any family’s busy life (6:30 am – 6:30 pm). We’re home to 92 little learners, and we’re all about creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids can be their best selves!

Your Role: Lead Educator Extraordinaire!
Here’s what you’ll do:

Get creative with play-based learning activities like art, music, movement, and outdoor fun that get little hands (and minds!) moving.

Build a positive, inclusive space where teamwork, imagination, and diversity are celebrated.

Be a child development champion—you’ll observe, assess, and share insights with parents and team members to help each child reach their full potential.

Keep the classroom organized, fun, and filled with cool materials that spark creativity!

Always put safety first—because a happy child is a safe child.

Must be available to work Fulltime (Monday to Friday)
This is your chance to inspire, engage, and grow alongside some of the most awesome little learners!

You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life, inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.

What We’re Looking For
We’d love for you to join our team if you have:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards one!)

A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Real-world experience working with children aged 0-5 years (the younger, the better!)

Great communication skills—both with kids and parents!

A current Working with Children Check
