About the role
Day to day you’ll collaborate with a team to create campaign deliverables for a global client, from the brief and concept stages to asset preparation and amends for campaign launches. This includes all types of digital banners, web and mobile landing pages, and eDMs, ensuring that assets meet localisation and brand standards. You’ll work alongside other digital designers to follow design systems, executing deliverables that meet and exceed client expectations for quality in design.

About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior/Intermediate Designer who loves digital design, and is eager to develop a range of skills, and wants to move their career to the next level. We are looking for individuals who tick these boxes:
Must-have experience:
1-3 years’ experience designing for digital campaigns and experiences.
Degree/Diploma in graphic design, animation, or similar tertiary qualification
You have experience with industry standard tools - Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.
You have proficient G-suite skills - Google Slides, Documents Drive.
Strong communication skills - you can clearly and concisely explain your ideas.
You have a strong attention to detail.
You are eager to learn and develop your skill set as a digital designer.
Bonus experience:
Previous experience working with designers, technical team members and producers
Exposure to working with international brands and companies creating large volumes of campaign deliverables for media campaigns. (e.g. Banners)
You have been involved in end-to-end projects, from concept art through to creating prototypes, demonstrations and storyboards to explain ideas
CRM experience
Illustration skills
Motion skills
UX/UI design experience
