Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and improve performance metrics.
Lead, mentor, and train branch staff to enhance their skills and promote professional growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze branch performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall company objectives and initiatives.
Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or service-oriented environment.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
