Job Title
A detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to manage all queries and processes related to the Darwinbox HRMS platform.
About This Role
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and HR queries related to Darwinbox.
• Handle day-to-day troubleshooting, navigation support, and issue resolution within the Darwinbox system.
• Support HR teams with configuration, data inputs, and module usage (e.g., Leave, Attendance, Onboarding, Performance, Recruitment).
• Coordinate with the Darwinbox support team for issue escalation and timely resolution.
• Conduct basic training or create user guides for employees and managers on how to use various features of the platform.
• Perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy, system hygiene, and timely updates in the HRMS.
• Generate reports and dashboards using Darwinbox analytics features as required.
• Monitor system workflows and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or HR systems support.
• Hands-on experience with Darwinbox (preferred) or any other HRMS platform.
• Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HR processes like onboarding, attendance, leave management, etc.
