We're looking for a Part-Time, Mandarin Speaking customer service and sales superstar.
Your job as a ‘Movologist’ is to deliver an exceptional customer service experience; helping customers to move home with ease by arranging their services such as electricity, gas, phone/broadband, and pay-tv at their new home. You’ll become an expert in your field, using your skills to help customers navigate the complexities and choose the plans and services right for them – saving them time and money. You will answer and undertake inbound and warm outbound calls, respond to queries, liaise with customers and tackle other general administration as required.
