Job overview :
The main objective as HR Manager would be to manage the recruitment process and hire personnels in order to fill vacant positions as required by the Company.
Key roles :
• Managing the recruitment and selection process. (Sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interview)
• Sourcing and drafting on job portals and professional networks like , job boards, social media, etc.
• Screen incoming applications and interviewing applicants - (via phone, video and in-person).
• Maintain candidate database.
• Providing basic training and orientation.
• Filling and executing Contracts and Employee related paperwork.
• Maintaining employee records as per terms of company.
• General office administration and supervision of work and targets of hired personnels.
• Collecting daily reports and weekly assessments.
• Conducting followups with hired personnels to resolve any open queries or concerns.
• Supporting team on other activities.
Key skills qualification:-
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelors/Masters degree preferred in a Human Resource, Law, Business or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work within a given time schedule.
• Must have willingness to learn new technologies.
• Must be result oriented and time bound.
