• Ensure Department-wise Manpower Planning Budgeting at the beginning of the year
• Managing recruitment for all departments, Conduct interviews, issuing appointment letters, background reference checks etc.
• Ensuring timely preparation of salary and disbursement of the same to employees.
• Monitoring absenteeism, misconduct and late coming tracking attendance and take measures to reduce the same.
• Welcoming new candidates and giving them inductions training. coordinating with all departments for complying their training programs across domains
• Building Employee Relations, provide Welfare as well as Grievances Handling
• Standardizing all HR Policy, practices and formulating the HR manual.
• Ensure that the HR policy is implemented throughout the organization and at all sites locations.
• Conduct Employee Engagement activities – Organizing HR initiatives i.e. birthday celebrations, annual day’s events, etc.
• Payroll Management- Monthly Salary Processing Issuance of Pay slips
• Statutory Compliance- Preparation of returns ( Monthly / Half Yearly/ Yearly) under Shops Establishments act, PF act, ESI act, labor Welfare Fund act, Contract Labor act, Maternity act etc.
• as well as proactively Renewal of licenses before it is expired Time to time update checklist with keep in mind the latest amendments if any in the related acts.
• Performance appraisals –involvement in Setting up KRA, Annually review the performance as per HOD suggestions Promotions Increment to be made,
• Exit formalities –Conduct Exit Interviews etc.
• TNI, prepare a training calendar and conduct programs accordingly; taking feedback and analyzing effectiveness
