The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Understand requisition requirements and drafting job descriptions
• Screen and shortlist relevant candidates
• Conduct telephonic or personal interviews
• Make job offers and negotiate starting salaries
• Work on proper maintenance of employee records
• Manage new employee onboarding, and exit employee formalities
• Draft and manage the KRAs, and performance for appraisal
• Keep track on employee turnover and exit rate
• Ensure adherence to company policies
• Conduct regular HR sessions to keep employees up to date with policies, code of conduct etc.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Provide support with office administration
• Manage documentation filing work
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
