We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager - Operations to join our team and help us build on our success. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They will have the ability to identify, lead, and implement initiatives to ensure the highest level of customer service and operational excellence.The Human Resources Manager - Operations will have a passion for developing people and will have the proven ability to create a culture of respect, trust, and accountability. They will have a deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and compensation benefits. They will also have the ability to navigate complex labor relations in multiple states. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • At least 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and compensation benefits • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and partners • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with multi-state labor relations • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
