This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Cook / Chef at an ALH venue in the NORTHERN TERRITORY.
What you’ll do:
Setting up workstations and operating kitchen equipment
Baking, grilling, steaming or boiling fish, meat, vegetables and other foods
Adhering to kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Maintaining a clean workspace at all times
Monitoring stock levels
Keeping up with cooking techniques and methods
What you’ll need:
Experience working in a hands-on, team-focused bistro style kitchen
Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
Strong communication and organisation skills
Trade cooking qualifications are essential
