HR Executive D2C FMCG brand Exp: 2 yrs WIPRO Partnered Brand (Immediate Joiner, Non-MBA, 3.5-5 LPA Package)
Location: Marol, Mumbai
Working days: 6 days
Office Timings: 10 am - 7 pm
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Provide candidates by screening, tele-interviewing with pre-set questions and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
2. Identify the most suitable talent from available candidates, and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
3. Conduct the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date.
4. Manage leave attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, and application.
5. Implement HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
6. Execute daily operations as part of the HR department and undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time.
7. Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, including documentation of FnF form, relieving form, Knowledge Transfer and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelors degree.
2. A minimum of two years of human resource department experience is required.
3. Should have prior experience in a similar role in Human resources.
4. Experience with full-cycle recruiting with execution capability.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
1. Time Management and Punctuality
2. Attention to detail
3. Able to address concerns of all employees in a timely manner.
4. Hands-on experience with job sites like Naukri, Work India, LinkedIn etc.
5. Relationship Building Skills
6. Good written and verbal communications skills in English and Hindi
