This role will report to General Manager – Human Resources and have the dual responsibility of supporting the Employee Communication and Engagement role as well as being an HR partner for Business verticals.
Job Description:
• Provide active support to drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs across the center.
• Partner with the Team managers to address employee issues, guide performance management initiatives, and
• develop high-potential employees for the Tower.
• Manage employee counseling plans, handle conflict resolution issues, and individual performance improvement programs for the Tower.
• Assist with employee communication and feedback through meetings, employee focus groups, and one-on-one meetings.
• Facilitate Learning and development initiatives in alignment with PBC training needs and enterprise training programs for the Tower.
• Help drive retention by counseling employees, resolving issues of conflict before the need for escalation arises managing exit interviews, identifying areas of improvement based on exit interview data, counseling managers on employment issues, coach employees by making oneself available and approachable at all times as a point of contact in situations requiring HR intervention for the Tower.
• Plan and organize team-building events and assist in cultivating a collaborative, friendly and fun work environment.
• Coordinate more complex activities within the HR function.
Job Specification:
• Master's in Human resources with around 7 years of HR Generalist experience including employee communication and engagement.
• Experience working in the HR function in a Shared Service Center / BPO organization is a must.
• Flexibility to work in shifts is required. (ideally 11am to 8pm)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make meaning out of numbers and to integrate the same into
• driving business performance and implementing frameworks that are relevant.
