Responsibilities:· In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and clerical activities; greet and direct office clients; collect, organize, and retrieve information and documents; and make arrangements for meetings and travel· You should be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented· Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities· Highly organized in organization management skills· Greeting office clients and directing them to the appropriate parties· Making travel arrangements and preparing documents and facilities for meetings· Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies· Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent• At least 2 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields• Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Proactive, Detail oriented, organized approach to multitasking• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
