Essentials
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in subject.
• Assessor Awards D32/33 or A1/2.
• English and Maths Qualification at Level 2 (minimum).
• Teaching Qualification.

Desireable
• Internal verification award or be prepared to work towards one.
• Experience in assessing against NVQ or similar competence based framework.
• Experience of undertaking formal employee assessment in the workplace.
