Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities:Coordinates government compliance with the Form I-+ employee employment authorizations and E-Verify processPhoto Match process gathering I-+ supporting documents and verifying work authorization through E-VerifyCompletes research from all available resources for due diligence in mitigating the risk of non-complianceResponds to internal and external audit requests for documentationGathers appropriate employee information and may assist in support of various Human Capital Quality, Compliance and Employee Relations Operations projects and initiatives (e.g., compliance reporting, internal quality reviews, mergers and acquisition implementations, tracking employee form completion)Handles and prioritizes daily case load and escalates cases as appropriateShift to be coordinated with U.S.A. and India managementComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
