HubSpot Salesforce Integration Specialist
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Salesforce Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the seamless integration between HubSpot CRM and Salesforce, ensuring both systems are synchronized effectively and can share data in real-time. The role requires technical expertise in CRM systems, problem-solving abilities, and experience in developing and managing integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integration Design Implementation:
• Design and implement HubSpot and Salesforce integration processes to sync data such as leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts.
• Implement bi-directional data sync, ensuring proper field mapping and workflow automation between both platforms.
• System Configuration Maintenance:
• Configure and maintain the integration tools (e.g., HubSpot Connector for Salesforce) and custom integration solutions.
• Ensure smooth synchronization of data across both platforms to avoid duplication, loss, or inconsistency.
• Troubleshooting Support:
• Provide ongoing support for HubSpot and Salesforce integration, resolving issues related to data sync, APIs, and automation errors.
• Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders:
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their requirements and optimize the integration for better workflows and data accuracy.
• Train and guide internal teams on how to leverage the integration effectively.
• Documentation Reporting:
• Document integration processes, workflows, and any custom configurations made to both systems.
• Generate reports and monitor the effectiveness of the integration, making recommendations for improvements.
• Data Security Compliance:
• Ensure that integration processes comply with relevant data security and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Establish best practices to maintain the integrity and security of sensitive data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in integrating CRM systems, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration tools.
• Proficiency in HubSpot API and familiarity with integration tools like Zapier, Integromat, or Workato.
• Knowledge of data mapping, syncing, and handling large datasets.
• Experience in configuring workflows, automations, and custom fields in both Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot API connections between HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with integration and data flow management in cloud-based systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer.
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot CRM).
• Experience with custom API integrations, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools.
