Brand Ambassador – Event Sales Team

Hours: Full-Time
Compensation: Weekly Pay – $1,000 (Base + Bonuses)

We’re looking for an individual who can bring brands to life, deliver powerful customer interactions, and drive sales through exceptional service and enthusiasm.
Role Overview
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll serve as the first point of contact between customers and the brand. Your mission is to create meaningful connections with consumers, understand their communication needs, and guide them toward the most suitable mobile and internet products—all while delivering an experience that represents the brand’s values, tone, and promise.
You’ll work as part of our Event Sales Team, representing national telecom providers at various venues including shopping centers, festivals, sporting events, and retail partner locations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation: Be the trusted face of well-known telecom brands, ensuring a consistent and positive image is presented at all times.
Customer Engagement: Approach and interact with potential customers in a friendly, confident, and engaging manner. Initiate meaningful conversations to identify their needs.
Product Knowledge: Learn and communicate key features, benefits, and offers of a wide range of telecom products including mobile plans, devices, and broadband services.
Sales Delivery: Drive sales through product recommendations and sign-ups, helping customers choose plans that fit their lifestyle and budget.
Event Execution: Assist with event setup and breakdown, booth management, and maintaining a clean and professional presentation at all times.
Performance Targets: Meet and exceed daily and weekly goals related to customer interactions, lead generation, and product conversions.
Customer Follow-Up: Ensure a smooth transition after sign-up and provide basic post-sale support or follow-up as needed.

Previous experience in event marketing, retail sales, or customer service is advantageous, but not required – we provide full training.
