Assist with recruitment efforts, including job posting and candidate selection.

Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.

Develop and implement efficient HR systems and processes.

Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

Analyze HR metrics to optimize HR processes.

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
\
Assist in performance management processes.

Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new hires.

Develop training and development programs.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
\
Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
\
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\
Familiarity with MS Excel and ability to analyze spreadsheets and charts.
\
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
\
Ability to collaborate with team members and manage complex projects.
\
Self-motivated and organized with a strong work ethic.
\
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
\
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
