A young graduate with a passion for HR is sought to assist in the management of HR functions in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, administering employee benefits, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities:
• Source candidates and coordinate logistics for the recruitment process
• Address employee queries and ensure proper enrollment and documentation for benefits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Requirements:
• Understanding of HR principles and local labor laws in Tamil Nadu and India
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Preferred fluency in Tamil for effective communication with local employees
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
