We are looking for HR Specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience to be based out of Mangalore office in India and be part of our growth story.
We manage end-to-end HR operational tasks globally across the Nordic region. Our responsibilities cover all internal HR transactions within the organization, ensuring smooth execution and compliance across various processes. Despite being a small team, we handle the entire process of HR operations, contributing significantly to the organization's efficiency and maintaining compliance.
As a Global HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries. You will manage HR transactions and service requests through ServiceNow, maintain data accuracy in HR systems, and provide timely and compliant support to employees and managers. This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Case Management Support: Respond to global HR inquiries from employees and managers via ServiceNow. Monitor and manage service ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of cases.
• Employee Lifecycle Transactions: Execute HR transactions related to onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and transfers. Enter, validate, or approve employee data updates in the HR system.
• HR Documentation Compliance: Create and issue legal and official employee documents such as offer letters, employment certificates, NDAs, and other formal communications. Maintain proper documentation and ensure secure archiving of employee records.
• Data Management Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits and data quality checks to ensure system accuracy and compliance. Proactively resolve discrepancies and improve data integrity across systems.
• Learning Management system: Assist in the coordination and system updates of training and development program. Ensure employee learning records are accurately reflected and reported.
Your workday and mandatory skill set
• 2 or more years of experience in core HR operations.
• Experience working in a global company with strong English communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of HR legal and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as Workday, Oracle, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with generating HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition).
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and technologies
Good to Have:
• Experience interacting with global stakeholders and supporting international HR operations.
• Exposure to internal and external HR audits.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case/ticketing systems.
• Experience creating or maintaining HR process documentation
Extra Plus:
• Certification in HR Operations.
• Certification in Legal Compliance.
• Experience in data analysis and data management.
• Exposure to electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign) or document management tools.
• Any experience with HR workflow automation tools.
