Experience – Minimum 2 years in recruitment (Females only)

Education Qualification: MBA in HR (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

 Source candidates using a variety of search methods like job portals, LinkedIn etc.

 Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

 Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.

 Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

 Perform reference checks on need basis

 Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation of employment terms

 Manage onboarding process for new joiners

 Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

Note: The location of this job is Magarpatta, Hadapsar and this is a work from office profile.
