Your Role
You will be responsible for administering medications in various settings, including patient homes and clinics. You will also assess and monitor patients before and after treatments, complete necessary documentation, and provide education to patients and caregivers. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and caregivers to set up appointments and ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications as per program protocols
- Assess and monitor patients before and after treatments
- Complete necessary documentation based on policies and procedures
- Provide patient education individually or in groups
- Report adverse events and product complaints as required
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse
- 1 year experience in IV initiation
- Current registration with licensing body; CPR certificate
- Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care, inpatient, outpatient, or homecare settings
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word
