Salary Range: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Experience Required: 4 to 5 years in HR department

Job Summary:
Sshrishti Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing 60 to 70 staff members, ensuring smooth HR operations, and handling payroll processes efficiently. The role requires strong expertise in salary preparation using Excel formulas, along with knowledge of EPFO and ESI challans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR operations for a team of 60-70 employees.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations using Excel formulas.
• Handle EPFO and ESI challans, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Address grievances and conflict resolution within the workforce.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Ensure smooth coordination between HR and other departments.
Required Skills Qualifications:
• Master's degree or MBA in Administration HR.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken written).
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas for salary preparation.
• Strong knowledge of EPFO ESI challans and statutory compliance.
• Experience in handling HR operations for a mid-sized team (60-70 employees).
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
