Govern and administer implementation (end-to-end) of HR projects, including but not limited to employee availability, engagement, compliances etc.
Partner with the HRBP team to create, monitor and maintain a centralized repository of employee grievances
Partner with HRBP and relevant stakeholders to ensure employee grievances are being addressed on time, and hold leaders accountable for any breaches in the TAT
