My client is looking for a HR Generalist to come in to cover operational day to day duties and line manage a team of 2 Advisors. This is fast paced and busy role and will report into the CEO/CFO.

More roles and responsibilities:
• Employee relations and complex case work
• Coach advise managers up to C-suite
• Manage succession planning
• Company wide training and development
• Talent Management and retention
• Recruitment Engagement
• Manage wellbeing and culture
• Other adhoc duties to support the wider business
