• We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, HRMS Automation and customization, Payroll, Database management, Employee engagement, and offboarding.
• You will lead HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.

About Your Background
• You hold a Masters in Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 8+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and HR operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
