Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role that requires expertise in human resources, leadership skills, and business acumen. The successful candidate will create and execute people operations plans to deliver on the business strategy, leveraging strategic thinking, functional expertise, and knowledge of HR best practices.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement people operation plans to drive each region's growth agenda.
• Lead cultural transformation programs focusing on building a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and ownership.
• Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
• Solve complex problems and implement solutions that impact multiple functions and regions.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employer branding strategies.
• Collaborate with the COE to identify high-priority business and talent needs.
• Onboard new employees and provide ongoing support during their first 120 days.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring connections, role clarity, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Cultivate a workforce that meets business objectives through innovative hiring approaches and talent acquisition strategies.
• Analyze key HR metrics, such as employee turnover rates and time-to-hire, to inform quarterly HR operating plans.
• Identify and address organizational challenges, designing and implementing solutions that benefit multiple departments.
• Partner with the COE and legal advisors to mitigate HR-related risks and develop mitigation plans.
