HR Intern

Full job description
As an HR Intern at Greenr Cafe, you will support our Human Resources team in a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, training, and organizational development. You will gain hands-on experience in HR practices while contributing to the development of a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements for various roles at Greenr Cafe.
2. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews.
3. Manage and update HR databases, including personnel files and training logs.
4. Research industry best practices and trends in HR to contribute fresh ideas for improving employee engagement and organizational culture.
5. Get in touch with IHM's and their placement cells in order to collaborate with them.

Skills Qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mentality.
6. Previous internship or work experience in HR role is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
