Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
Help maintain employee records (hard and digital copies).
Assist in organizing HR events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
Support performance management and employee feedback initiatives.
Conduct market research on HR best practices and suggest improvements.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
