Full job description
What we would need you to do:
oAssist with end to end hiring and onboarding of new candidates
oConserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing
correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing
information; initiating telecommunications.
o Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling
meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
oRepresents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's
absence; speaking for the executive.
oWelcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the
telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
oMaintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping
information confidential.
oCompletes projects by assigning work to respective members; following up
on results.
oPrepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
oMaintains company accounts, using Tally, generating invoices and
payment follow-ups as needed.
oContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What we would need you to be:
Intellectually curious, with a track record of demonstrated ability and
willingness to learn and apply knowledge to develop new and creative
solutions
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter that will excel and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial
team environment
Capable of connecting and engaging with a sophisticated audience to
explain complex concepts in a concise and easy to understand fashion
Education Technical Experience:
Bachelor or Masters degree or diploma
0-1 years of experience in a corporate environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Institutional expertise and experience working with multiple client types is
a plus
