Job Title: HR Intern

Duration: 3-6 Months

Stipend: 8k – 12k (P/M)

Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

• Handle day-to-day administrative HR tasks as required.

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.

Requirements:

• Interest in Human Resources and talent management.

• Pursuing/completed BBA, MBA (HR), or a Diploma in HR Management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
