Full job description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building a dynamic team by sourcing and securing top-tier talent across both technical and non-technical domains. Your expertise will shape the foundation of our workforce, ensuring we attract individuals who align with our vision and values.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Collaborate with leadership hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies
Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline effectively
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, staff assistant or relevant human resources.
Fluent in English.
Hands-on experience of day to day HR responsibilities.
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Graduate and relevant degree in HR.
Note:

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
