About the Role

Australian Green Clean has had an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Compliance Administrator to support our operations team at our Head Office in Hindmarsh. This is a varied position with responsibilities for end-to-end recruitment of our field cleaning team, management of our employees compliance (certificates and licences), assist with our employee recognition program and assisting to roster staff on our online platform.

Opportunity for an individual to work 8:30am - 3pm or similar if applying for 0.6 - 0.8 FTE
Office hours for Full Time applicants

Key Duties Responsibilities

Recruitment of cleaning field staff; place job advertisements on AGC platform, screen candidates, complete phone and face to face interviews and complete reference checks
Complete field staff contracts utilising AGC templates
Oversee the onboarding of all employees to AGC, supporting the employees throughout the process
Manage the ongoing compliance of our employees via our online compliance software; licenses, tickets, certificates, qualifications, visas and training modules
Assist with staffing for major events such as LIV golf Royal Adelaide Show
Ensure all shifts are filled within the time attendance platform
Support the operations team to source suitable replacement staff for annual leave coverage or to fill last minute shifts
Assisting Account Managers with changing the live roster in accordance with the filled vacancies
Prepare the staffing components of the quarterly employee newsletter and Employee of The Month
Transitioning employees contract types as instructed by the Operations Manager
Providing monthly reports on staffing vacancies

What do we require from you?

Proven experience in a fast paced administrative / operations role
Preferable administration experience within an office / labour business
Proficient with computer technology skills
Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite/apps; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Current drivers license own vehicle would be preferable
Strong communication interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
High level of attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn new things
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
Minimum typing speed of 55wpm

Able to undertake flexible hours of work including answer urgent after-hours phone calls on the company supplied mobile phone
