Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday related inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate support to employees and departments
Collaborate with department leaders to understand their HR needs and provide recommendations for utilizing Workday to improve processes and efficiency
Conduct regular trainings and workshops for employees and managers on Workday functionality and best practices
Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday updates and enhancements, and communicate any changes or new features to relevant stakeholders
Analyze and troubleshoot Workday system issues, working with vendors and IT as needed to resolve any technical problems
Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and inform decision making
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday, regularly auditing and correcting any errors or inconsistencies
Serve as a subject matter expert on all Workday modules, providing guidance and support to HR team members and other departments as needed
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, making recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline Workday processes and procedures to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
