Over the past 7+ years, we have successfully executed 5000+ campaigns, raised over ₹500 Cr in donations, and supported 1400+ charities across India. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless HR processes, maintaining strong employee experiences, and supporting our growing team. You will work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team across all key HR functions.

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Support the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance review cycles.

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback sessions.

Provide administrative support including maintaining HR databases, preparing HR reports, and documentation.

Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general processes with professionalism and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the non-profit, fundraising, or social impact sector.

Sound understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in HR software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
