Job description:
Recruitment staffing of manpower for the company
Knowledge of portals like naukri.com, monster.com, shine.com etc.
Assisting in Organizational policy development
Knowledge of Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, MLWF, Factories Act
Employee relations and engagement
Compensation benefits administration
Attendance wage chart completion thru latest SW
Salary administration for all units’ employees corporate staff
Various Insurances WC policies,
Implementation of Training HR policies, Procedures, schemes, incentives etc.
MIS manpower budgeting, for training and general HR
Training needs identification
Conduction coordination for training (Technical non-technical)
General Admin work
Company vehicles coordination insurances
Telephone mobile phones for the companies
Transport arrangement for company staff whenever needed
Event management.
Making Purchase and work orders for admin purchases
Taking care of Telephones, mobile phones and all company assets
Education Qualification :
Any Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in HR and Administration. Enthusiastic Good communication skills with English language. Should possess knowledge of recruitment portals, latest software.
