About the internship:
As an HR admin intern, you'll support both HR and administrative functions, gaining exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, office management, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about people operations in a startup environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. HR support:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication.
2. Support onboarding: Prepare offer letters, organize orientation kits, and ensure a smooth first-day experience for new hires.
3. Help maintain employee records (digital and physical) and update HR databases (e.g., attendance, leave tracking).
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities (team-building events, recognition programs).
B. Admin support:
1. Manage office operations: Order supplies, handle couriers, and ensure a tidy workspace.
2. Assist with documentation: Draft meeting minutes, prepare reports, and file contracts/agreements.
3. Coordinate travel and logistics for team members (bookings, itineraries).
4. Support event planning: Organize team meetings, client visits, and office celebrations.
C. Compliance miscellaneous:
1. Help ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
2. Assist in drafting HR policies, handbooks, or SOPs.
3. Conduct research on HR best practices or industry benchmarks.
