Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Admin (Female) for a reputed manufacturing company in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR administrative responsibilities including attendance management, PF/ESI handling, employee onboarding, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain daily attendance records of all staff
• Handle end-to-end payroll inputs including PF, ESI, and statutory compliances
• Coordinate and schedule interviews as per hiring needs
• Assist in onboarding formalities for new joiners
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated
• Support in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Address employee queries related to HR, attendance, and payroll
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required

Required Skills:
• Proficient in attendance and payroll systems
• Sound knowledge of PF, ESI, and basic labor compliance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Confident in coordinating interviews and interacting with candidates
• Good command over MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Educational Qualification:
• Must Have: MBA in Human Resource Management

Experience:
• Minimum: 18 months
• Maximum: 3 years
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial HR operations will be preferred
