The desired candidate should have depth knowledge in law.

Taking care of Legal matters of company, Individuals Partnership properties etc.,

To maintain a case diary including a synopsis, Index and other important information for every case.

Identifying the advocates and Coordinating with the advocates for briefing on different cases related to our Organization.

Attending to court proceedings.

Drafting legal notices, replies, plaint, written statement and preparing evidence in the matters relating to the Company.

Drafting and vetting of agreements, correspondences, affidavits, petitions to be filed before the Court etc.,

Having experience in handling issues relating to Civil Criminal Laws, Rent laws in Maharashatra, Leave and License, generally on property laws etc.,

Take all precautionary measures on continual basis as per law to protect the interest of Company.
